Please enter the clinic when your number is called and show your NHI card or ID card.
If you miss your turn, please tell the nurse and she will arrange for you to be the third number called on the waiting list.
If you register for more than two departments, please go to the clinic where your waiting number is smaller and notify the nurse of your situation.
If you double register in the same clinic, please tell the nurse in order to handle your medical records.
If you need to take an X-ray, C.T. Scan or MRI, please tell the nurse on duty.
If you need a certificate, please inform the nurse on duty by following clinical procedures to enter the clinic; if you are not the patient, please be sure to bring along all relevant documents.
After seeing the doctor, please go to the cashier regardless of whether or not you have to pick up medicine. (Please show your NHI Card or Passport)
If you have a fever, please inform the nurse on duty.
In line with NHI regulations: registered patients under NHI coverage are not allowed to ask others to refill a prescription while in another country.
